DSA contact and transparency

SemiLost provides clear contact channels, reporting paths and moderation principles so problematic content can be reviewed in a traceable way.

Central contact point

For notices about illegal content, authority requests and moderation questions, SemiLost can be reached at office@blkcloud.de.

Reportable content

Places, posts, comments, photos and videos can be reported when they appear illegal, dangerous, private, harassing or otherwise problematic.

Traceable review

Reports are reviewed based on category, affected content, context and legitimate interests. Depending on the case, content can be corrected, restricted or removed.

Reporting paths on SemiLost

Signed-in users can report problematic content directly in the app. Reporting actions are intended for posts, places, comments, photos and videos and are sent to AdminView for review.

Without signing in, notices can be prepared by email or through the public report and removal pages. Please identify the affected content clearly and avoid sending unnecessary private data.

Review principles

SemiLost considers owner concerns, personal rights, safety risks, privacy, spam, copyright, harassment and notices about illegal content.

Coordinates, places and media are not removed automatically just because they are reported. The concrete context determines whether restriction, correction or removal is necessary.

Decisions and second review

For justified reports, SemiLost can remove, restrict, obscure, internally mark or further review affected content.

If you are affected by a decision or have additional information, you can request a second review through the contact address. Please include the link, place ID or another clear reference.

Transparency status

SemiLost logs reports internally so decisions remain traceable. An aggregated transparency report is prepared once enough reliable data exists.

Private team places, roles, members, private notes and sensitive coordinates are not disclosed publicly.

Important safety and legal note

Coordinates and research help with planning and documentation, but they do not replace permission from the owner. SemiLost does not grant access rights or provide tips for bypassing barriers.
